We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


Refund Method

We do not offer monetary refunds.
All approved returns will be issued store credit only. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Opened or used hygiene-sensitive items


Return Process

  1. Contact customer support with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.


Exchanges / Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or store credit.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
